We bridge disadvantaged people into jobs
on the strength of our relationships with employers,
and help them retain/advance in their jobs by all means possible.

We also provide our employers with job tax credits
and other assistance to enhance the success of their businesses
and the strength of our communities.

In addition, we work to educate ourselves, policy makers
and the public on the needs and 'best practices'
of our profession.
